Don't use plastic polish... it's too wussy. USE CHROME POLISH. Seriously. It has more bite, and can take off that yellow haze a lot easier, and better. I use 'old no. 7 chrome polish', its cheap and works extremely well. After polishing I usually wax them a little also.
