Glad I haven't sorted my camcover weeps yet! May just save the sump from rusting through.
Our works van suffered this fate, and sorry to say had to replace it as it was 'thin' everywhere, not just at one spot. Some kind, caring soul had used some body filler in the past. If you get stuck for a sump I have a complete spare engine, but I'm sure an internet trawl will get you sorted. If the rot is localised on yours may I suggest brazing a plate in? Obviously the sump will need to be off but the lower temperature of brazing will minimize distortion and 'seal' better than weld.
