Troy, you need to have it cleaned out even further I would think. The passages in the intake manifold and exhaust manifolds are probably backed up in the same manner... If I were you, I would get a 92 ECU that was not from a CA car... I can prob dig one up and send it out with the charcoal canister. Shoot me a PM with your addy again and I will pack it up tomorrow
