When my 94L with 80k died, it cost me a grand total of about 10,000 to recover it. Tranny, rotors, pads, tires, tranny, tranny and was out for about 3 months if not longer. None of my AWD svxes had any problem.
And I can say 92/3 AWDs are faster than 94+ AWD or 94+FWD from my personal experience.
Just look for a well maintained car.
