Parts Purchases - Recommendation Wanted

Good afternoon,
In May 2007, I became the second owner of a 1992 Subaru SVX "Pearlie" that was manufactured in 09/91. VIN: JF1CX3532NH105781
My tech told me I need the following items:
Right Front Outer Boot
(My boot has split - Labor wise, should I purchase the entire right front half shaft?
Rear Brake Pads
Rear Brake Rotors
Where do you recommend I purchase the above new parts other than Autozone or O'Reilly? I am familiar with the NAPA Distribution Center and store where I live.
Also, my tachometer stopped functioning. I realize the part is the combination tachometer and speedometer. What reliable source should I use to purchase this used part?
