Thanks Cam, you have been VERY helpful these past two weeks!

So is this the procedure:

1) slide pulley on shaft
2) thread bolt on finger tight
3) install socket
4) attach extension
5) attach tool into pulley holes
6) attach torque wrench to extension
7) hold pulley tool still
8) torque bolt to spec (something like 90 ft/lb, I think)

Sound right?
