Needless to say the gears are probably toast too. The warranty was, of course, not honored, and I found myself with 2 matching Teal 92's for $4500. The other one had kissed a tree dead center on the front bumper at round 30ish so it's a parts car, but has a clear title so who knows what I'll do with it eventually as it seems to be repairable. For now it's giving up its front diff till i gather the parts(and cash) for a 6 speed swap in the good one! Anyways just thought I'd introduce myself and I'm sure I'll be picking your brains in the future and passing out the little svx info I have so far.
Later all,
Dave
Cool Dave.
Welcome to the board, I'm sure you will find a wealth of information here.
I have found the answers to a number of my questions without even trying.
Make sure you use the "How To" section, as well as the "Search" button under your sign-in status. They cover a lot of questions already asked numerous times in the past, and no doubt will cover the same ones in the future. Also saves a lot of footwork.

You've picked the right place to look for information, and brotherhood.
