Thanks calmone, for the advice on getting the replacement cartridge...I will buy that and the shift kit, plus a trans. cooler....So if I do all this...how many miles do you think a rebuilt transmission will last? I think the car I'm guessing had a strong one...It has 124,000 miles..and this will be the first rebuild...and that is with just the factory cooler...I have about 3-5 days more, and my car will be in Portland!
