You should check all of the idle air control circuit Including:-

Bypass Air Control Solenoid Valve.

Auxiliary Air Control Valve.

All hoses and connections relative to the above and inlet manifold. As you have no codes recorded, an air leak should be suspected and there are several avenues open to the inlet manifold all of which must be considered as suspect.

Much has been reported regarding hoses under the manifold deteriorating. Hopefully others with hands on experience in this regard, will provide exact details.

If you have not done so, check for any mechanical obstruction or looseness in the throttle assembly or its linkage, including that to the TPS.

Stick with it. Help is on hand.
