It's pretty normal for any healthy person to have odd, minor, inexplicable aches and pains from time to time. Yes, even at 22. It's probably nothing to worry about.
I was born during the Eisenhower administration and find the SVX to be a very comfortable ride. Ingress and egress when the door can't be opened wide is a bit awkward, though. Not as nimble as I used to be, and those seats are mighty low. To exit, I plant my left hand on the door sill and that bears my weight as I pivot up and out.
