Ya the touring model sported a CV and the base model had the U joint.

I was strongly considering this as an option. I am going to call the driveline shop today and see how much to rebuild the CV joint. I kinda doubt thats it myself, because it did not vibrate with the auto.

But....there is a small possibility that changing the JWA of the CV is causing the vibration.

You know, the CV is used to working at one angle and then I changed it when I installed the manual. Who knows??


You never had any of these problems???? You used a spacer on the rear companion flange.
