Blinking power light means that there is a transmission code.
#1 thing is to double check that the transmission harnesses are completely connected and "clicked" in. Also, check to see what code(s) you have... If you have like 5 or 6 codes, or something like that, that will point to the electrical harness.
The process for getting your codes is not difficult and it is in the new how-to section.
Also, make sure to run the check for both stored codes, as well as active.
