One body mod I've wanted to do, it's subtle but could really change the car, is restructure the rear wheel arches to make them round rather than oblong/stretched. This this is the only (?) body difference between the original SVX concept car and production car (that I noticed anyway).

I think the round wheel arch looks much better, and that the oblong/stretched wheel arches leave too much space around the wheels making it harder to pick a rim/wheel which goes well with the car.
