Stacey,
Check the thin metal shields that are behind your front rotors. If someone has done the brakes recently they may have "dinged" the shield (one or both) slightly so they are rubbing against the inside of the rotor. Easy fix if this is the case -- just take the wheel off, reach in and push the shield away from the rotor.
