I looked at a yellow '97 in Colorado a couple of years back. If it was a respray, then it was a good one: Engine bay and door jams matched. It had a 5 speed swap, but had been in a front end crash. I offered $2500 plus the cost of fixing the body damage (Superrupair in Boulder does body work, and sells used cars), and they turned me down because someone else had offered $1500 for parts and never followed through. I couldn't believe they turned down my cash, plus work in favor of an imaginary offer of less money. That was the beginning of the end for my relationship with that company.
