nope. that is where my temp gauge always sits when the car is fully warmed up. The one time the svx started to overheat was going over the pass uphills passing people spirited driving in 100* weather with people in the car and the a/c on. The a/c started blowing hot so i looked down and the temp was 3/4 up so i turned the a/c off and it promptly went back down.

OK, it looks like a bit higher to me, maybe the pic was blurr/or me.....
I understand what you meant when the AC blowing warm air when it starts getting overheated....
