I get that occasionally as well. I am 21. It is an air pocket under you shoulder blade. I usually get them when I have been bench pressing transmissions in and out of cars or just plain overworking myself. Nothing really to be worried about just find a cute girl to give you a massage and all will be well in the am. I did say a cute girl right???
