You see, aftermarket rim makers will make the clearance in the rim nice and loose so it will fit a wide variety of vehicles (Especially on those rims that have dual bolt patterns)
Obviously, if your rims are not centered perfectly on the hubs, you will get an eccentric effect and vibration at speed.
