There are so many rumors and speculation swirling around here about where it is, if there may be more than one of them (or the original was repainted, etc), what condition it is, etc. All we really know is no reliable sources have actually seen it since about the time our cars went into production.  I think the popular belief right now is it is locked away in some FHI warehouse in Japan with a bunch of other cars and no one is ever permited to see them. 
Would be fantastic if a car like this was allowed to be put on public display in one of the world's famous auto museums, plus good PR for Subaru actually having something worthy of being there. |

It seems to me that this is the best chance we have to host the car, a prestigious museum already full of concept cars, a return to SoCal after 20 years since the '90 LA Auto Show, 24-hour security, indoors,
and the best of all, Peterson wants it
!
