Previous owner. Not sure where it sits compared to stock, but I'd guess significantly more than an inch lower. There isn't really space to fit a finger to measure between the tire and fender.

It's not too bad, actually, but with the 18"s he had on it, it rubbed. Stock rims are back on it, so it don't rub no more, but it still sits real low in the front. Took me a while to get used to, but now I know well enough how to keep the tow hooks off the ground. Still some steep driveways, etc. that I consider off-limits. Going slow and at an angle over steep stuff makes it feasible to get pretty much everywhere.

Already got Dayle's drop springs sitting in the garage waiting for spring break so I cap put em on. Should actually lift up the front and lower the back, evening it out and making it more normal.
