Before I consider signing up (might be able to attend now that the weekend has 'changed' (or maybe I just thought it was the wrong weekend in the first place
))...
What's the plan? Is there a post or something somewhere that tells what is going on, where exactly it is, etc? Are we going to the car museum? If so, what day? Are we having dinner there? Are there going to be some driving tours? If so to where? Is the big focus of the meet going to be one day, or are there multiple "official meet days"?
Sorry, but generally before I commit to something (and I assume you want people that post to this list to be very committed if you are using it to arrange lodging rates) I like to know what exactly it is I'm commting to. Might attract some more attendees if this was more advertised and had the appearance of organization.
