In Japan, the SVX was sold more as a model, not a year, but there are clear dates of when models were available, as noted on jams webpage, which was downloaded to our net.

When the SVX was introduced, it was available in Version-E (economy?) and Version-L (luxury?)

Later, as demand quickly declined worldwide, the S40 [300 units], the S40II [300], the S3 [500], and the full-on S4 [800].
