I just had this trouble the other day too

I had that darn water prob in my pass side tailight. I took it out, drilled a tiny hole with the smallest bit I could find on the right edge of the tailight right in front of that little lip. Then I grabbed an air compressor with a rubber pointed end on it and blew air into the light for about 2 mins to get any water I could out. Then I put the light in the sun for about 10 mins and did it again. Bye the 4th time all the water was out. I did realize that leaving the hole open would let water back in, but don't forget that at the same time, it will let it out again too. Granted after time the light will become dirty inside, but that will take quite a bit of time to do. It's been 2 weeks or so now. The hole is still there, the car has been washed 3 times and rained on about 5. No probs yet. If anything shows up, I'll let ya know. This probably didn't help but I figured I'd share with you
