I removed all the wiring and bulbs, then turned the oven to 275. Once it got up to temp, I cut the oven OFF and placed the tail-light assembly into the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. I removed and slowly removed the outer red lense using a screwdriver to release the tabs on the side. It is a little difficult to get started, just take your time. larry
