So I wake up at 5am this morning and head out to my car in the parking lot, and someone apparently pulled out too sharply some time in the middle of the night and ran up against the back left corner of my bumper. They didn't bother leaving any information either (figures). The only thing they left me with was a dimpled / creased bumper corner and a nice white streak from their paint job.
I reported it to base police, but they couldn't do anything for me since it's most likely less than $500 dollars worth of damage, and there's no way of proving who did it. Worst part of it was I had just cleaned the car the night before and I opted not to park in the best spot in the parking lot since I didn't want the near-by tree to dust me with pollen.
Serves me right for being vain, I guess.
Anyone know of any good and reputable bodywork shops in the Jacksonville, NC area, or would I be luckier going through the Subaru dealership in town?
