Just because you get an O2 sensor code does not necessarily mean it is bad. I recently had the same code and it was actually a bad coil on that side. The O2 sensor was reading a bad mix.
You can find 'How to documents' on changing the O2 sensors.
You can also try switching the two O2 sensors after clearing the codes and see if it comes back. That will tell you if the O2 sensor is bad or something else causing it to throw the code. Good luck!
