It's the small 'white' plastic piece that attaches the power-window cable to the window assembly inside the driver door. The "key" on the cable slides in to this piece and the piece itself locks into position with another metal piece. the little tab on the side of this piece keeps it from coming out. On mine the 'corners' on the back all broke off.
Yesterday I went to put down my window, I heard some noise but the window didn't move. I was able to open the window manually with one hand on either side of the glass but once it was loose it had nothing to hold it up.
I took both door panels off last night to compare and noticed the small piece missing (fell into the door).
I'm thinking that this piece is part of a larger part and is not sold separately. I'm hoping someone here can prove me wrong.
