If it's back on the exhaust pipes, get the car up on a rack, start it up and have someone crank the wheel from lock to lock while you watch from underneath the car. If you're lucky, it's one of the low pressure return lines for the steering. If you're not lucky, it will be the high pressure line for the steering, if you're really, really not lucky, it's the rack itself and you'll have to replace it. Luckily, there are rebuilt racks available - just make sure to get the number off of the one in the car now so the parts folks order you the right one (it took them 3 tries to get the right one for my car) since the SVX came with several "versions" of steering racks.
