I figured out that it was the fact that the oil was pushing against that rear seal (which probably needs to be replaced) when it was being put on the roll back so that is why it was leaking oil. I haven't gotten a chance to look at the transmission, but looking at the fluid I'm pretty sure the tranny is gone. The metal pieces that I found in the fluid leads me to believe that the tranny is toast. SO I figured out a way to drive the car till it's fixed...

Most likely it won't be until spring till I (and my brother and friend) get to work on it. So for now I'm waiting for the modified parts from Tom and I'm looking around for a transmission, but I'm not in a hurry. When I do the swap I'll replace seals, put the darn o-ring on, and some other stuff that needs to be done while I'm in there. So wish me luck when the time comes. And, of course if I have any questions I'll ask the great people at the SVX forum.
