Just ouch.
On the plus side... the Boots, which are currently full of steering fluid from the hole in the hose, are sound. So since the rack comes with 'em I'll have a spare pair.
'least the wheel alignment is cheap... and hey, since I've just had one done, they'll be super aligned!
(s'ok, I know it doesn't work that way)
Trying to sort something out with the mechanic who did the roadworthy, since two different CV/Steering guys that have looked at it say it should never have passed.
