umm, not horrible, but not easy to change out the rack
And i'm not sure if the seals are replaceable separate to the rack, I'm sure someone on here should know.
I looked in your profile and you have a 92 and you have it listed as an LSI, but in 92 they actually had LS and LS-L. If your car has the factory sunroof, its an LS-L and would need the rack with the solenoid for the speed sensitive steering.
edit; looks like the seals should be able to be ordered and replaced separately from the diagrams...
