Our stock wheel nuts turn about 15.5 turns to fully seat against our stock wheels. Whats a life?
Ideally you want 12mm of engagement for a 12mm diameter bolt/stud/nut.
It takes 9.6 turns to have a nut fully engaged.
If your wheel nuts take fewer turns it puts more stress on the engaged threads.
Are you using a capped nut, or an open nut?
An open nut will allow water and salt to enter easier than a capped nut.
BTW, stock is 69-83 ft/lb.
I have them torqued to about 70 i think right now i love the wheels just the whole uncertainty is kinda killing me
