Well, the damping is adjustable by the top adjuster knobs.
But from what I can see, the top mount rubber bushings are pretty tight. The only way I can see to adjust height on the car would be to back off the spring pre-load, loosen the top nut and then turn the cartridge body in or out. Then tighten everything back up and check it.
Kind of a hastle but oh well.
The fronts are way easier since they have a top bearing instead of a bushing.
