Any automotive clear is available to anyone. If you know anybody shops ask them who they get their clear from. Ours here is Millers. I used PPG Deltron 3000 clear. It drys fast and is hard as a rock when cured. As soon as my batteries charge i'm going to take a pic of my headlights soon.
EDIT FOR PICS: They're a little dirty with dust from driving but you can still see how clear they are.
