What breaking the law? Yeah, lets hope that catches on..
All they had to do was keep walking in circles and no one would have said boo, but they broke the law on purpose - to get arrested and to get their opinions on the evening news.
Of course the foreign press will simply state that they were arrested for being against the war, thus fueling the fire. Because lets face it, no newspaper would sell extra copies with a headline of
"Dozens arrested and given misdemeanor fines for loitering."
