I would have to agree...they nag us over tiny percentages quite often. We are supposed to charge a certain amount over list on everything the goes over the counter except what I discount to internet customers, new car customers and accessories. They probably secretly hate me here because I discount darn near everything. I can't help it though...I never feel right about charging $40 for stupid things like gaskets and such. When they start nagging me I just ask "Do you want to sell the part or not?" They usually leave me alone after that.
