there must be a shop somewhere near local that will rebuild a torque converter, there's no miracle there, just special tools - so I wouldn't ship it to Level 10.
I'm also wondering if there's a local shop Level 10 would subsidize to rebuild the box using Level 10 parts (probably not, but might be worth asking given the distance and logistics involved).
