Chris asked for additional help 4 or 5 months ago, someone with experience in Administration of forums of this type. I offered my hand. After carefull consideration, many phone calls, and even review of my real life resume was I then 'hired'.
Rest assured that just because I am the only one posting the outcomes, that I am not the sole decider in these manners. Every action has been discussed and agreed upon by the other Admins and Moderators.
