The number of sites is irrelevant - most of the game 'news' sites just copy stuff off eachother. The same list has been circulating for at least six months, and who even knows where it came from in the first place?
My guess is that the SVX will be in GT4. Polyphony practically wants it to be an encyclopedia of cars, and quite frankly Subaru just doesn't have that many models compared to other manufacturers. How many variants of the Impreza can one person be expected to take?
As for the release date, the most definitive answer I've heard is 'Q1.' To me, given my experience, that says 'March or April.'
