Yeah, and allow me to be the first to say here that system sucks. It means that whether the mechanic takes his time and does it right, or forgets to put the oil filter on and ruins the engine, the customer pays the same amount. People deserve a choice between price and quality - under the current system that choice is made for them.
And I think that blows.
