Yep, it's possible, but, as our friend Rally indicates, it'll take a lot of work. If someone's willing, I'm sure provisions could be made to add it somewhere. I'm sure we've got the talent, if they've got the time.
Unfortuntealy, I have neither. Could it possibly be a "tag team" effort? Different people writing the code for different parts of the country, then, sending all that to a central "keeper" to be input into a map. Just thinking out loud. This question has been asked numerous times, but, no one has ever taken up the cause. T'would be sweet, though.
