It was just very cloudy out, though they, the tail lights, are quite dark in person pictures its difficult to show.
I dont want the headlights any darker, I cleared them for 2 reasons, first and most important visibility the light output is so much better. Second was for looks.
If I darken the lights the visibility is affected.
