- Pull off the inside door trim.

- Roll down the window about 3/4 of the way I think. I'm a bit fuzzy on the actual amount it needs to be rolled down. It needs to be rolled down as much as possible, but still high enough so that the bolts holding the window to the window mount can be accessed.

- Remove the little pads along the window sill that hold the window against the window sill.

- Remove the three bolts holding the window to the window mount.

- Lift glass out of top of the door. I seem to recall that the nose of the window needs to be rotated upward and the window comes out on the outside of the door frame. There is a guide at the nose of the window that makes the whole process a bit tricky.
