I know that The Faceless, After The Burial, Veil Of Maya, and Born Of Osiris are all going to be in Seattle on November 16th. I've already requested time off from work lol.
As for the topic at hand, I think that if you've played for 11yrs and understand music it'd be best to use tabs and a song that you've listened to enough that you could hum without having the track on. I usually warm up playing Born Of Osiris' "Empires Erased."
