Well .... being in a similar situation, wife, kids, family, house, job, yadda, yadda, yadda, the reality is that you can only drive one at a time right? We have two right now but may sell one because while my wife loves it, it's just not practical when you've got four kids. We too desperatley need a small truck to haul stuff around.

My vote is to stay with what you've got, find an old truck and save your $ to maybe do repairs/upgrades/mods to your current SVX.
