check engine light does stay on for approx 5-10sec after dieing SOMETIMES otherwise it starts but as soon as accelerator is pushed it dies again it will normally do it mostly on the top half of gas tank does that matter? I am thankful for all the help I have receved.

and what kind is good other than OEM? walboro?
