RESERVATIONS!!! Please read
I just got off of the phone with Holiday Inn Lancaster. They said out of the original block of 30 rooms, there were only three rooms booked (Mine is one and the other 2 were booked by D. Altman)
He is not sure of how many people have registered for rooms outside of the block for those dates. I am going to start a thread to get a list of names and club IDs of those who have actually registered for rooms so I can get them transferred into the block.
For those of you who have not registered yet be sure when you call the Hotel at 800-437-5711 you give them our group code, which is 7SSVX That way we will have an accurate accounting of how many rooms are left in reserve and if we need to add rooms to the block.
I really need your cooperation on this.
