The above can only apply in the event that near full throttle is applied in anticipation of maximum acceleration. If slip is apparent and as a result of caution, excessive throttle is not applied, the transmission will remain slipping in second and this would indicate a possible band brake problem.

It has been made clear that something is slipping and this can be surely be relied on as a being well founded.
