yes, many shops could easily do it, personally i am looking into buying two sets (8) forged ej22t pistons, they bolt in and frop the compression ratio, i have a friend who is a perfessional motor builder, meaning he has a shop to bore, stroke, hone ect... and he said that i should be able to bolt those in with out any problems, and it should drop the compression enough to be safe to hold boost into the 20's without caus for concern, however i am going to have custom double or triple thick headgaskets made as well... theoretically the motor should be able to support 400hp with out a problem with this type of set up, however the V5 Type RA motor my buddy just installed was supposed to be good for 300hp and 8200 rpms with out a problem and that block blew in 4 days. so thats my two cents, i plan to get my spare block and start my build this fall/winter real soon here. i will keep everyone posted
