Therein lies the problem, these events are in Southern Oregon, but we have no active SVX owners south of Portland or north of San Francisco.

For 80% of us, even the WCSS this year is almost too far south.

But definitely worth a drive, as it sounds like all of your events are as well.


Just realize that you are a whole state's length away from any active SVX member - you aren't being snubbed, it's just a matter of distance and timing.


BTW - I forget if your events are always on Sunday or not, but for me personally and maybe some others, Saturday would work out a bit better for the main event. Work a half day Friday and then drive down. Or leave Friday evening and make it half way down, to continue early Saturday morning. Drive the event Saturday, consume beer Saturday night. Get up Sunday morning with a whole day to make the drive home and be ready for work Monday morning.
